Yoga

We can arrange for you to have daily yoga during your stay in Kathmandu -this can be a wonderful way to start your day, set out your intentions and transform your experience. The Yoga teachers are hand-chosen for their spiritual training and experience.

Starting off your day with yoga can have a powerful impact on both your physical and mental well-being. A morning yoga routine helps wake up the body by improving flexibility, circulation, and posture while also reducing stiffness from sleep. Beyond the physical benefits, yoga encourages mindfulness and deep breathing, which can lower stress levels and create a calmer, more focused mindset for the day ahead. Practicing yoga in the morning can also boost energy naturally, improve concentration, and support better emotional balance. Even just a few minutes of stretching and breathing exercises can leave you feeling refreshed, motivated, and more prepared to handle daily challenges with clarity and confidence.

Sound Healing

You can opt into our sound-healing sessions in the early evening – set in our beautiful meditation hall.

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses vibrations, tones, and frequencies from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or calming music to promote relaxation and overall well-being.

Many people find that sound healing helps reduce stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system and encouraging a meditative state.

The soothing sounds can improve focus, support deeper sleep, and create a sense of emotional balance by helping the mind slow down and release tension.

Some practitioners also believe that sound vibrations can help restore harmony within the body and enhance feelings of inner peace and mindfulness

Guided Personal Development

A unique part of our journeys is building space for personal reflection, gratitude practices, and guided journalling. This is an optional daily activity.

These are valuable tools for building self-awareness and emotional well-being. Taking time to reflect helps people better understand their thoughts, experiences, and personal growth, while gratitude practices encourage a more positive mindset by focusing on what is meaningful and fulfilling in life.

Guided journalling provides structure for expressing emotions, setting intentions, and working through challenges with clarity. Together, these practices can reduce stress, improve mindfulness, and support a stronger sense of balance, purpose, and inner connection
